Ron Frick and Taylor Yeagle of the Lycoming County United Way describe a new youth driven partnership with Lycoming College students called the Yellow Tulip Project.  They will plant yellow tulip bulbs this fall in Hope Gardens all over Lycoming, Sullivan and Tioga Counties to help start a discussion on crushing the stigma surrounding mental health and mental health treatment, and highlight the importance of mental health and the necessity of taking care of ourselves.
